Le Chasselas

Riesling Sylvaner Néphélé

Aged on its lees, this pioneer among plant hybrids, elaborated by Professor Muller of Thurgau, makes a great aperitif as well as wonderfully accompanies fish and shellfish. Of a beautiful yellow colour, its aromas develop on notes of candied apricots. It fills your palate with a soft feeling of volume and complexity thanks to its beautiful aromas.

Pinot Meunier Prométhée Vinified in Blanc de Noir

Aged on its lees, this famous mutation of Pinot Noir, vinified in Blanc de Noir, is grown in Champagne essentially as a blend wine. This wine is an ideal match for white meat, sea fish or cheeses. Its amber colour lets us guess its nature of a red wine. It has aromas of ripe fruit and it surprises in mouth by its silky sensation against the palate and its small salinity in the final.

Sauvignon Blanc Proserpine

Aged on its lees, this Lord of Loire is best paired with fish and shellfish. The volume in the mouth is supported by a nice acidity, which makes this wine a wonderful companion to match with food.

Sauvignon Blanc “passerillé” Proserpine Sweet Wine

This Lord of the Loire is handpicked and then raisined. Fermentation and ageing takes place in oak barrels for 24 months. A gold straw colour, generous aromas of blackcurrant and vineyard peach, a stunning volume on the palate balanced by a subtle acidity are characteristic of this wine. It will delightfully accompany foie gras or desserts, as well as dark chocolate.

Gamaret Clyméné

This hybrid variety of Swiss origin, Le Gamaret, nicely accompanies red meat, game and cheeses. An intense dark, almost black, colour makes us dream of the most beautiful wines. Noble Assemblage Sémélé

A blend of predominantly Garanoir, brother of Gamaret, Pinot Noir and Gamay, all of which age in oak barrels.
